Schools Out at Backworth Park

Schools Out at Backworth Park provides an after school service at the end of each school day and is located in the room next to the main entrance of Backworth Park Primary School.

We offer a welcoming, homely environment, where children can relax and join in with a wide range of fun activities and exciting play opportunities in safe, secure surroundings.  

Children are actively involved in the planning of activities and have their say about what they want in the club and their input is valued. Schools Out at Backworth Park aims to encourage independence and confidence, while being aware of the feelings and emotions of others in the group.

We provide the children with a healthy snack, until their main meal with the family.

All of our staff are experienced in childcare and are all DBS checked
